I enjoy Mondays. Some good TV: Mastermind, University Challenge and Silent Witness and some comfort food to help - Birds Eye Cod fish fingers and French fries. And a tin of John West tuna for Riley. Might manage a glass or two of Chardonnay...

It has been and still is bitterly cold today at 3°C with a chill wind that makes it feel more like zero. Riley and I are indoors, wrapped up, with the fire on.
